Anselmus Tsen earned his Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Northumbria University in 2017. He was admitted as a Barrister of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2018 and as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Sabah and Sarawak in 2020. In 2022, he was also admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.

Anselmus began his legal career in Sabah, where he practised as a litigator with Messrs Jayasuriya Kah & Co. In 2021, he moved to West Malaysia and commenced his pupillage at Zaid Ibrahim & Co.

Anselmus’ experience spans mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, general corporate advisory and transactions, as well as civil litigation matters. He has assisted in several main market initial public offerings and private mergers and acquisitions exercises. Additionally, Anselmus has experience drafting various legal documents and corporate agreements.
