Alyaa graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, Second Class Upper, from the University of Malaya in 2022. During her pupillage at Messrs Wong Lu Peen & Tunku Alina, she was known for her diligence and keen eye for detail, qualities that helped her successfully navigate the rigorous demands of legal training. Her hard work and determination culminated in her admission to the Malaysian Bar in 2023. Alyaa joined the Firm in 2023, bringing with her a strong foundation in legal principles and a commitment to her clients’ needs.

Alyaa specializes in conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on developers’ project sale and purchase transactions, as well as their financing, both conventional and Islamic.
